Dear tenants, we are proud to announce you Sofia Capital City Park! The first project of its kind in Bulgaria.
On the private parcel – at the moment a parking lot – with an area of 5,500 square meters, a unique park environment with public access will be built soon.
The project, submitted for approval almost 3 years ago, is awaiting the determination of a construction line in the coming months. The beautiful park will be created as a landscape space with recreational areas organized around an artificial lake. The green network of alleys resembles a system of plant cells with paths entering from all sides to the core and free access from one end of the park to the other. The sense of a natural environment is complemented by the resting spots around the lake, the grassy peninsulas and a waterfall that gives a feeling of calm and connectedness.
An insulating plant belt has been built along the periphery, which will separate the park functionally and visually from the noise of the urban background. More than 150 trees, more than 5,000 ornamental shrubs and more than 30 tree species will be planted.
